Michael Irwin Kinney, 61, of Bethesda, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at his home.  He was born January 22, 1964 in Barnesville, Ohio, a son of the late Gerald Duane and Ledra Jean Gallagher Kinney.

Mike was a former construction worker for many years and was a social member of the VFW Post 5356 in St. Clairsville, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Daryl E. Kinney.

Surviving are his siblings, Larry Akers of Bethesda, Keith (Jeanne) Kinney of Belmont, Ohio, Jodi (Harold) Jasper, Jr. of Lamira, Ohio and Shawn (Ruby) Kinney of Bethesda; many nieces and nephews; special people, Victoria, Emanda, Christina and Eddie.

As per his wishes, no visitation or services are planned.
