Wilma Mary Palmer, 88 of Bellaire, Ohio formerly of Shadyside and Pipe Creek died Thursday, December 24, 2015 at Belmont Manor in St. Clairsville.

She was born May 4, 1927 in Dilles Bottom, Ohio, a daughter of the late Albert Wiggins and Hazel Doty Wiggins.

She was a member of Hillcrest Bible Church in Bethesda, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lester W. Palmer, Sr.; three sons, David Palmer, Charles Palmer, and Lester Palmer, Jr.; a granddaughter, Lee Ann; a grandson, Timothy; five brothers; four sisters.

Surviving are two sons, Jack (Anna) Palmer of Jacobsburg, and Edward Palmer of Alledonia; a daughter, Mary Schramm of Bellaire with whom Wilma resided; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 16 great great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Tuesday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Dalton Hinds officiating.

Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
