Otto, Wilma E. Brooks, 95 of Jacobsburg, Ohio died Saturday, March 1, 2008 at Belmont Community Hospital, Bellaire.

She was born at Jacobsburg on August 29, 1912 a daughter of the late William Stephen Brooks and Alice Lorena Palmer Brooks.

Wilma was a member of the Jacobsburg United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Otto; a son, John Otto; a daughter, Wanda Hammond; sisters, Eunice Mullett, Mary Brooks, Elsie VanDyne, and Trella Danford; brothers, Ralph, Carl, George, Sam and John Brooks.

She is survived by her son, Thomas (Dorothy) Otto of Bellaire; grandchildren, LaVerne Hammond of Jacobsburg, Beverly Arms of Illinois, Colleen Seay of Florida, Kelly Ramsay of Jacobsburg and Thomas R. Otto of Lisbon, OH; 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jack Palmer officiating. Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
