Wilma Irene Hall, 95 of St. Clairsville, Ohio. It is with great sadness that Wilma's Family announces her passing on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Forest Hill in St. Clairsville.

She was born October 28, 1923 in Glencoe, Ohio, a daughter of the late Mark Passmore and Clara Wheeler Passmore.

Wilma was the former owner/operator of The Corner Deli in St. Clairsville and a member of East Richland Evangelical Friends Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Russell and George Passmore; sisters, Helen Bolon, Bernice Walker, and Hazel Paisola.

Surviving are her loving and dedicated husband of 76 years, Charles Russell "Bud" Hall; four children, Gary Hall of St. Clairsville, Jack (Jean) Hall of Indiana, Jeanne (Jim) Cooper of Idaho, and Becky (Mike) Mozena of St. Clairsville; a brother, Mark (Pat) Passmore of Circleville, Ohio; 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 3 to 7 p.m. where services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating.

Burial follows in Glencoe Cemetery.
