Wilma Deitrick Mathes, 91, of Alledonia, Ohio died Thursday, December 25, 2014 at Liza's Place in Wheeling.
She was born August 25, 1923 in Washington, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late John and Wilma Pyunk Ruschak.
Wilma was a retired co-owner and operator of a demolition contracting business. She attended Real Life Church at Epworth Center in Bethesda. She enjoyed crafts, sewing and crocheting and donated most of her works for outreach programs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three husbands, Fred McVey, George E. Deitrick Sr. and James G. Mathes; a son, Patrick McVey; four brothers, George, John, William and Pete Ruschak; three sisters, Helen Ruschak, Ann Kukielka and Sylvia Saffell.
Surviving are her four children, William McVey, W. Jo Ann Francis of Alledonia, Kathy (Mike) Maziar of Zanesville and George (Martha) Deitrick of Beallsville; grandchildren, Micah Maziar, Rachel Thomas, Dawn Livingston, Kyle Deitrick and Kendall Deitrick and other grandchildren; three great grandchildren, Job, Javin and Jemma Hinkle; a special niece, Jean Nugent of Florida many other nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is being planned for the spring. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg.
