TAYLOR, William David Jr., 79, formerly of Neffs, Ohio, died Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at Heartland of Bucyrus in Bucyrus, Ohio.
He was born August 15, 1932 in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late William David Taylor, Sr. and May Alice Graham Taylor.
He was a retired welder from Ohio Ferro Alloy in Brilliant, Ohio, Montgomery Alabama, and Zanesville, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Patty Taylor Schram; a son, Bobby Taylor; a sister, Clara Mae Taylor; a brother, Hovey Emerson Taylor.
Surviving are his second wife, Carol Sue Taylor of Bellaire; his children, David (Joyce) Taylor of Follansbee, WV., Susie Taylor (Rusty) of Wheeling, Eddie Taylor of Florida, Richie (Gayle) Taylor of Wheeling, Tina Taylor of Wheeling, Johnny Taylor of Florida, Mary Kay (Billy) Shellhouse of Alabama, Millie (Tom) Grebner of Dayton, Ohio, George (Veronica) Taylor of Bucyrus, Ohio, Billy Taylor of Bellaire, Marlene (Tim) Taylor of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Vicky Taylor of Wheeling; sisters, Eileen Slack of Bellaire, Virginia Lee (Frank) Horn of Shadyside, Naomi (Howard Smith) Schrum of St. Clairsville, and Kathryn (Dan) Graham of Parkersburg, WV.; a brother, James (Shirley) Taylor of Bellaire; Many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. where services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. with Rev. David Demarest officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
