William M. "Moe" Tally, 75, of Barton, Ohio died May 1, 2017 in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV.
He was born in Rushville, Illinois on March 11, 1942 a son of the late Nathan O'Dell Tally and Mae Renner Tally.
Moe was a retired employee of Rodefer-Gleason Glass Co. in Bellaire. He was a St. Clairsville High School graduate; a member of Barton United Methodist Church and a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Tally.
Surviving are his three sisters, Edith Wines of Barton, Olive Beaver of Bellaire and Margaret Thornton of Bridgeport; nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. with Wayne Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
Full Military Honors will be conducted on Friday in the cemetery by the Belmont County Veteran's Association.
