William Harry Hudson, 94, of Neffs, Ohio died Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Belmont Community Hospital in Bellaire, Ohio.
He was born July 30, 1922 in Beallsville, Ohio, a son of the late Harry Hudson and Edna Pugh Hudson.
He was a retired employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corporation's Steubenville Plant, a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, and member of the Bellaire American Legion.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Selma "Joyce" Jeffries Hudson; brothers, Carl, Earl, Mack, and Ernie Hudson; sisters, Evelyn LeMasters, Gladys Decker, Sylvia Hawkins, Mary Matthews.
Surviving are four daughters, Valerie Kay (Chip) Steadman of Neffs, Jennifer Joy (Jack) Parker of Shadyside, Michelle Lynne Kasprowski of Bridgeport, and Jocelyn Rae (Chris) Albaugh of Key Ridge, Bellaire; 7 grandchildren, Tara Seita, Zach Seita, Ashley Seita, Justeena Ricciardi, Cody Albaugh, Clark Kasprowski, Kane Kasprowski; three great grandchildren, Jacob Matthew Froelich, Mason Michael Sorge, and Ava Alexandra Ricciardi.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Larry Helms officiating. Burial follows in Belmont County Memorial Park, St. Clairsville.
Full military honors will be provided by the Belmont County Veteran's Association on Saturday at graveside.
