William Arles "Bill" Garloch, 59, of Bellaire, Ohio died September 7, 2020 at his home.

He was born March 7, 1961 in Bellaire, a son of Bernice Neiswanger Garloch and the late Leslie H. Garloch.

Bill was a former employee of Georgia Carpet and the Bellaire Schools.  He enjoyed carpentry and woodworking.

Surviving are his mother, Bernice Garloch; his sister, Cindy Garloch; his brother, Michael Garloch and his niece, Breanne Garloch.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be required for visitation at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Monday from 9 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. with Paul Marty officiating.  Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens in Colerain.
