William Thomas "Billy" Bell Jr., 34, of Humble, Texas died October 7, 2020 at his home.

He was born March 9, 1986 in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of Margaret "Peggy" Garloch Bell and William Thomas "Bill" Bell Sr.

Billy was a graduate of St. John Central High School in Bellaire, Ohio, a graduate of Ohio University and a graduate of Case Western Reserve where he also served as an instructor.  He was an Anesthesiology Assistant and worked at Texas Heart in Houston. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter Kenley, he also enjoyed body building and Florida Seminole football.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by three grandparents, Betty Shepherd Garloch, Anna Marie Shunk Bell and Clarence Bell; great grandmother, Margaret Ann Shepherd; and uncles, Kenny Saffell, John Michael Garloch and Charles Bell.

Surviving are his mother, Peggy Bell; a daughter, Kenley Bell; a brother, Brandon Bell; his significant other, Jesslin James; a niece, Briella Bell; a grandfather, Clarence "Junior" Garloch; aunts and uncles, Kim Saffell, Tom (Kim) Garloch, Goldie (John) Mistak and Eugene Bell; and cousins.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be required during a public visitation on Thursday from 2–4 and 6–8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio.

A private funeral service for family will be held on Friday with Pastor Jim Lish officiating.  Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain.
