William T. "Bill" Bell, 57, of Neffs, Ohio died September 8, 2017 in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. He was born October 7, 1959 in Bellaire, Ohio, son of the late Clarence and Anna Marie Shunk Bell. Bill was an assistant longwall coordinator for American Energy Corporation's Century Mine. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Bell; sister-in-law, Ruth Bell; mother-in-law, Betty Garloch; and brothers-in-law, Kenny Saffell and John Michael Garloch. Surviving are his wife, Peggy Garloch Bell; two sons, Billy Bell of Texas and Brandon (Myriah Presutti) Bell of Neffs; a brother, Eugene Bell; a sister, Goldie (John) Mistak; Father-in-law, Clarence Garloch; two granddaughters, Kenley and Briella Bell; brother-in-law, Thomas (Kim) Garloch; sister-in-law, Kim Saffell; several nieces and nephews. Friends and family will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville where services will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jim Lish officiating.
