Warren Wayne Wright Jr., 75, of Wheeling, West Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at his home. He was born September 4, 1950, in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Warren Wayne Wright Sr. and Hilda Shaver Wright.

Warren was retired from working as the lead wheelchair tech for the Veterans Affairs Spinal Cord Injury department located in West Roxbury, Massachusetts. He enjoyed tinkering with items in his house and proudly served in the United States Army. He was a Methodist by faith.

He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Cheri Darlene Frye Wright; children, Micah Wayne (Kathryn) Wright, Marco (Lauren) Abreu; and Amanda (John) Younker; granddaughter, Adele Wright and 10 additional grandchildren; brother, Ray (Joanne) Wright; sisters, Inez (Carlo) Manini; Millie (Willard) Woryk and Martha Wright; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2-6 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Rusty Atkinson officiating. Full Military Honors conducted by the Belmont County Veterans Association. Burial will follow at Lower Wegee Cemetery.
