Wanda Lee Welch (Nardo), 75, of Beaverton, Oregon, died April 11, 2021.

She was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 4, 1946, a daughter of the late Lyle Welch and Francis Marling Welch.

Wanda was home interior designer. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Coldwater, Ohio.  She enjoyed her flowers, gardening, painting, writing and most importantly spending time with her kids and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Nickole Nardo, a grandson, Dom Nardo; two brothers, Lyle and Ralph Welch.

Surviving are her four children, Jack (Lori) Nardo, Tony (Janelle) Nardo, Sean (Anne) Arno, Angel Nardo; seven grandchildren, Kaylee Baker, Tre Bogetich, Tristan Arno, Nick Arno, Joey Nardo, Jacob Nardo,  and Jessica Nardo; three great granddaughters; a brother, Roger Welch and numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, facial coverings and social distancing will be required during a Memorial Visitation on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio from 10 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 12 p.m. with Rev. Homer Harden officiating.
