Vivian Ostroski of St. Clairsville, Ohio formerly of Caldwell and Cambridge died Monday, October 13, 2014 at her home.
She was born January 12, 1950 in Caldwell, Ohio, a daughter of the late Frank and Cecilia (Nau) Ostroski.
Vivian was the owner and operator of Cutting Edge Beauty Salon and Merle Norman Cosmetics in St. Clairsville, and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville.
Surviving are a sister, Shirley Serdy of Caldwell; a brother, Robert F. (Mary Ann) Ostroski of Caldwell; four nephews, Robert (Kelly) Ostroski of Fishers, IN, Michael Ostroski of Los Angeles, CA, Chris (Amy) Serdy of Beallsville, OH, and Nick (Erin) Serdy of Hopewell, OH; several great nieces and nephews; her dogs, Elvis and Molly.
She was an active member of the St. Clairsville FOE, St. Clairsville American Legion Auxiliary, and the Fairpoint Polish Club.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m.
A Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville on Friday at 10 a.m. with Father Michael Gossett the celebrant.
