Virginia E. Stukey, 82, of Alledonia, Ohio, died Monday, March 22, 2004 at Shadyside Care Center, Shadyside, Ohio.

She was born at Armstrongs Mills, Ohio, on May 3, 1921, a daughter of the late Harry and Annabelle Dawson Good.

Virginia was a homemaker and a member of the Armstrongs Mills United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Stukey; and a granddaughter, Kimberly Stukey.

Surviving are her son, Larry Stukey of Alledonia; a daughter, Linda Baker of Bellaire; a brother, Harry Good of Vermillion, Ohio; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg where services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Armstrong Cemetery, Arm- strongs Mills, Ohio.
