Virgil Ray Yingling, age 61, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 1, 2023. He was born August 1, 1961, in New Albany, Indiana.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jane Yingling, father, James Stanford Yingling and sister Darlene Streets (Dennis).

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Cecilia Ruth Yingling, children, Ty Anthony Yingling and Ciara Dominique Heilman (Arthur), grandson Tucker James Heilman, sister, Keri Wagner (Greg).

Virgil was a retired hairstylist where he worked 31 years as the JCPenney Salon Manager at the Ohio Valley Mall, as well as at the Highlands. He was the proud owner of Studio East Hair & Nail Salon for 8 years. He also served as the Special Olympics Coordinator of Belmont County for the past 7 years. Of all the jobs that Virgil held his most favorite was being Tucker's Pap Pap.

Family and Friends will be received on Sunday, June 11th from 2pm to 8pm for visitation and Monday, June 12th from 10-11am. The funeral service will take place at 11 am with Scott Black officiating and Arthur Heilman as the co-officiant at Toothman Funeral Home St. Clairsville.
