Veronica Rose McMahon, age 65, of Moundsville, West Virginia, died Thursday, March 8, 2007 at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling.
She was born at Wheeling on Jan. 24, 1942, a daughter of the late Joseph and Veronica C. Cuchta.
Veronica was a Christian by faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia Hadsell and Margaret Morgan.
Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Russell M. McMahon; two daughters, Kimberly J. Brown and her husband Scott of Wheeling and Crystal L. Mowder and her husband Randy of Moundsville; four grandchildren, Casey and Camryn Mowder and Juliet and Nicole Brown; two sisters, Dorothy Dow and Liz Connors; three brothers, Joseph, John and Anthony Cuchta; several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Monday at 1 p.m., with Rev. Eddie Wills officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Moundsville.
