Vivian Vaughn Otto, age 80, of Dilles Bottom, Ohio, died Thursday, December 25, 2003 at her home. She was born September 9, 1923 at Captina, WV daughter of the late Jim and Willa Stevens Graham.

She was a member of Church Alive at Key, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Sidney Graham; and eleven sisters, Austa Pyles Anderson, Iona Pyles, Myrtle Pyles Fabian, Sonna Pyles, Alma Pyles, Clara Hordren, Pansy Graham, Josephine Briggs, Eulala Yocum, Ima Zajdovic and Ruby Graham.

Surviving are her husband, Harry W. Otto; three sons, Lonnie Otto of Barnesville, OH, Roger Otto of Atlanta, GA, Greg Otto of Jacobsburg, OH; two daughters, Andrea Fleming and Sherri Harmon both of Orlando, FL; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio, where services will be held on Monday, December 29, 2003 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jeff Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at Powhatan Cemetery, Powhatan Point, Ohio.
