Travis Shane "Hammer" Williams, 23 of Barnesville, Ohio formerly of Shadyside died Friday, April 11, 2003 at Barnesville. He was born at Bellaire, August 10, 1979 a son of Billy Williams and Pamela Glass Williams.

Travis was an employee of the Century Mine at Beallsville.

He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Kaitlyn Rose Williams, a brother William Michael Williams, maternal grandparents Clarence and Ruth Glass formerly of Powhatan, paternal grandparents Ernest and Betty Williams formerly of Pipe Creek.

Surviving are his wife, Christina Lope Monarque Williams; three sons, Treavon Michael Williams, Eric Shane Williams and Cayden Christopher Williams all at home; his mother, Pamela Glass Williams of Moundsville, his father and step mother Billy and Sis Williams of Shadyside, two sisters Shellie K. Williams Bruce of Bellaire and Shawna Leann Williams Kinder and her husband Mark of Bellaire, a step sister Jamie Ramsey and her husband Pete of Bellaire, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends will be received Monday 7 to 9 and Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at the Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg where services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Don Cordery officiating. Burial follows in the Powhatan Cemetery.
