Obituary

On March 4, 2006, Tracy Tunnell passed away at East Ohio Regional Hospital with friends at his bedside.

Tracy was born October 17, 1964 in Port Clinton, Ohio to Donald Keith Shangler and Ellen Lee Tunnell.

During the past two years, Tracy resided at the Belmont Habilitation Center and was employed by Belco Works.

He is survived by his friends and family at the Belmont Habilitation Center.

Tracy was an active participant in Special Olympics and also sang with various choral groups. He had a beautiful voice that was mesmerizing to any listener and was an eloquent speaker who could carry on a conversation with anyone. He was also a sports fanatic and could site statistics from years ago. Go Steelers! He enjoyed working and being active.

We cannot forget the hour long trips at Dairy Queen - vanilla milkshake (small) and chicken strip basket. Hurry up, Tracy!

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. until time of Service at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating. Burial follows in Oak View Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
