Tosha Lee Postlethwait, 23, of Powhatan Point, Ohio died July 27, 2021 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, West Virginia.

She was born November 24, 1997, in New Martinsville, West Virginia, a daughter of Tammy Lee Phillips West and the late Michael Postlethwait.

Tosha loved her kitten, Baby. She enjoyed coloring, unicorns, and Stitch.

In addition to her father, Michael, she was preceded in death by her grandfather, Larry Phillips and aunt, Teresa Deal.

Tosha is survived by her mother, Tammy Lee West. and stepfather, Mark West; her grandmother, Kathie Deitch and step-grandfather, Aaron Deitch; step grandparents, Willard and Diane West; a brother, Larry West; a sister, Markie West; a special friend, Dylan Robson; and a special grandma, Marsha Smith.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio.
