Tom E. "Zeke" Carson, 82, of Bellaire, Ohio died Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, West Virginia.
He was born September 24, 1924 in Bellaire, Ohio, son of the late Tom Carson and Stella Steed Carson Glasgow.
Zeke was a retired painter from painters local # 91. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Leona E. "Granny" Carson; two daughters, Kathy Sue Schramm and Patty Ann Moodispaw; an infant son, Edward Lee Carson; a sister, Roberta Starky and a brother, Philip Glasgow.
Surviving are a son, Tommy L. (Debbie) Carson of Bellaire; two daughters, Cindy (Mick) McGuire of Neffs and Gloria (Glen) McEndree of Bridgeport; three brothers, David Carson of Illinois, James Glasgow of Texas and Robert Glasgow of Mt. Pleasant, Ohio; two sisters, Catherine Robertson of Pleasant Grove, Ohio and Jolinda Bundy of Newcomerstown, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m., with Rev. Robert Glasgow officiating. Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery.
