Todd Allen James, 55, residing in New Albany, Ohio, formerly of Bethesda, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on October 9, 2024, with his family by his side.

He was born February 1969, St. Clairsville, Ohio, a son of the late Thomas and Judith James.  Todd graduated in 1988 from St. Clairsville High School and was a former employee of Ohio Valley Coal.  He enjoyed the Penguins, the Steelers and spending time with his sons.

Todd was a true friend and amazing father to his greatest blessings, his sons Travis (Shelby), Bethesda, Ohio, and Levi, Bridgeport, Ohio; a kind and loving friend to his life partner Jennifer Balcar, New Albany, Ohio; a loving brother of Thomas James, and uncle to his nephew and nieces, Chicago, IL.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
