Tobias L. Underwood, 57, of St. Clairsville, OH died Monday, April 26, 2021 at his home.  He was born November 15, 1963 in Steubenville, OH., a son of Perley and Eleanor Criss Underwood.

Toby was a restaurant manager for Cracker Barrel and Bob Evans Restaurants for many years, and a Protestant by faith.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Perley and Detta Underwood; John and Mary Coutz.

Surviving are his parents, Perley and Eleanor Criss Underwood of Bellaire, OH; his wife, Beth Winberg Underwood of St. Clairsville; a daughter, Brittany Underwood of Waynesburg, PA; siblings, Perley "Lee" (Lorna) Underwood, David Underwood and Tammy Underwood all of St. Clairsville.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are required.

Friends received on Friday from 2-7 pm at Toothman Funeral Home St. Clairsville with funeral services on Saturday at 11 am with Pastor Nancy De Stefano officiating.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
