Thomas "Tom" Smith, 60, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died June 4, 2022, at his home.

He was born March 30, 1962, in Steubenville, Ohio.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Smith and Wanda Pyles Smith Carpenter; two brothers, Mark Smith and William Judge; a sister, Ramona McMannis.

Tom was currently employed by ACNR Security and a former employee of K & K Professional Kleaning. He attended Harbor of Hope Assembly of God Church in St. Clairsville.

Surviving is his daughter, Dawn Eltringham and her mother, Norma Harris; three brothers, Thomas Judge, Jerry Judge, Rick Shrieve; two sisters, Doreen Judge and Michelle Scharfenberg; a special cousin, Ramona Moore; many additional cousins and a cat, Midnight.

There will be a memorial service to be held at Harbor of Hope Assembly of God Church on Thursday July 7, 2022, at 7 p.m., with Pastor Dean Myers officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
