Obituary
Thomas "Keith" Sexton, 80 of Gahanna, Ohio formerly of New Athens, Ohio died Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born October 12, 1933 in Cunard, WV., a son of the late Harry Thomas Sexton and Melba Faye Holstein Sexton.
Keith was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who brought humor to many lives. He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
He was a retired electrician from Grant Medical Center in Columbus, a Protestant, and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Sexton; and a sister-in-law, Sharon Sexton.
Surviving are his wife, Charlene Parish Sexton; a daughter, Gena (Jeff) Richard of Columbus, Ohio; a son, Kurt (Michele) Sexton of Gahanna, Ohio; a brother, Tim Sexton of Columbus, Ohio; three grandchildren, Denise Richard, Blake Richard, and Abigail Sexton.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Sunday from 12 noon until time of service at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Kenn Sickle officiating.
Burial follows in Longview Cemetery, New Athens, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43214.
