Otto, Thomas B., 76 of Bellaire, died Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born January 5, 1932 son of the late William Edward Otto and Wilma E. Brooks Otto.
Tom was a retired electrical lineman from IBEW Local 141 in Wheeling. He was a protestant; a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War; a member of the American Legion Post # 521 in Shadyside and a member of the Shadyside Sportsman?s Club.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Roger Ramsay; a sister, Wanda Hammond; and a brother, John Otto.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Dorothy M. Kriechbaum Otto; daughters, Colleen Seay and her husband Doc of Englewood, Florida and Kelly Ramsay of Jacobsburg; a son Thomas R. Otto and his wife Terry of Lisbon, Ohio; five grandchildren, Matthew, Kyle and Ashley Farrier, Nikki Ramsay and Jessica Otto; and a special buddy, Furball.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Kevin Rowland officiating. Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
Belmont County Council of American Legions will conduct services at the funeral home on Friday at 7 p.m.
