A Celebration of Life for the late Thomas C. McCort, former Belmont County Sheriff, will be held Sat., August 7, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Thoburn United Methodist Church, 209 East Main Street, St. Clairsville, OH. Rev. Bill Wendell and Rev. Tom Jones will be the officiants.
