Thomas Howard Donley, 42, of Powhatan Point, Ohio passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at the Northern Regional Jail, Moundsville, West Virginia.  He was born October 17, 1983 in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of Pamela S. Hart Donley and the late Rodger H. Donley.

Thomas worked and enjoyed his job at RGIS Inventory, a company that does inventory for other firms.  He enjoyed YouTube, factual television shows and his favorite music, Rap.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rodger H. Donley in 2018.

Surviving are his mother, Pamela S. Donley of Powhatan Point; a brother, Jason Rodger (Carol) Donley of St. Clairsville, Ohio.

A private viewing by the family will be held at the convenience of the family at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville.
