Thomas Russell Coen, Sr., 75 of Noble Street, Bellaire died Monday, July 26, 2004 at Wheeling Hospital.

He was born at Bellaire on April 10, 1929 a son of the late Jesse and Regina McMahon Coen.

He was a retired employee of the former Shadyside Stamping Plant and a member of St. John?s Catholic Church at Bellaire.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Coen.

Surviving are his wife, Catherine Frances Garretson Coen; two sons, Jesse T. Coen and family and Thomas R. Coen, Jr. both of Bellaire; three daughters, Catherine L. Hungerman and family of Sarasota, FL; Susie Jo Coen and family of Bellaire and Sarah Loy and family of Bannock; a sister, Louise Wasko of Bellaire; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg where services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. with Msgr. Gene Mullett officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire.
