Theodore Emanuel "Ted" Troullos, 91 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio. He was born in Wheeling, WV on August 25, 1925 a son of the late Emanuel and Liberty Blazakis Troullos. Ted was a retired partner of the Bridge Bar and Coffee Shop in Wheeling and a retired bartender at the Belmont Hills Country Club. He was a member of St. John the Divine Greek Orthodox Church in Wheeling, Treasurer and Trustee of Venizelos Pancretan Association of America, a member of AHEPA Miltiades Chapter #68 of Wheeling and the American Legion in Trenton, NJ. He also served in the United States Marine Corps during World War II on Saipan and Okinawa and was a graduate of Trenton Central High School in Trenton, NJ. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister, Katherine Troullos and a brother, Steven (Dorothy) Troullos. Ted is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Helen Claritis Troullos, his daughter Maria Troullos of Lewis Center, OH and his son Michael (Autumn) Troullos of St. Clairsville, OH, a brother, Phillip (Connie) Troullos of Destin, FL. He was the proud and loving Papou of Theodore Michael, Lucca Emanuel and Rocco Loren Nicholas Troullos, also a nephew, Emanuel S. (Roseanne) Troullos of Basking Ridge, NJ and nieces, Katherine Spicer, Taddie Spurlock and Stephanie Schwandt all of Destin, FL. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio with a Trisagion service at 7 p.m. by Father Michael and AHEPA Memorial Service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will resume at St. John The Divine Greek Orthodox Church in Wheeling at 10 a.m. Thursday with Funeral Liturgy to follow at 11 a.m. with Father George Livanos officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Divine Greek Orthodox Church Sanctuary Fund.
