Thelma L. Mehl, 90, passed September 21, 2016.
She was born April 26, 1926 in Glencoe, Ohio.
Her husband John Mehl preceded her in death in 1993.
She is survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother, a son and daughter, 1 granddaughter, one great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation on Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. will be held at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville. A memorial graveside with urn burial will follow in Belmont County Memorial Park Cemetery.
