Thaddeus Jay White Sr., 63, of Flushing, OH, passed into eternal glory on October 14, 2020. He was a retired Postmaster of the USPS and was a son of the late Henry and Lee White of Flushing, OH.

Thad is survived by his wife, Marilyn of 42 years, who loved him dearly. He is also survived by his children, Missy Bower (Chad), Thaddeus J White Jr. (Brandy), Eric White (Bethany), and Erin Mayo (Casey); His grandchildren, Leigh Ann, Brooke, Landen, Dominic, Amerie & Alonah Bower; Bo Russell; Keenan, Rosalie, Adelyn & Brayden White; Casin & Parker Mayo; a brother, Paul White (Carmen), and many nieces and nephews.

Thad was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved his family fiercely. He enjoyed farming, spending time with family, and hunting with his family & friends. Thad loved to worship his Lord and Savior through music and enjoyed being a part of the praise band.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be required during calling hours to be held at East Richland Evangelical Friends Church on Saturday from 4:00pm – 8:00pm, and again on Sunday from 1:00pm until time of funeral service at 2:00pm with Rev. Dr. Jerry Wenger officiating.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
