Terry S. Easterwood, 64 of Morristown, Ohio died Monday, December 19, 2005 at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital.

He was born at Washington, DC on October 7, 1941 a son of the late Oliver Perry and Emma Scott Proctor Easterwood.

Terry was a retired attorney and partner in the former Basnett and Easterwood law firm in St. Clairsville. He was also a former member of the St. Clairsville Jaycees and the St. Clairsville Noon Rotary Club and was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Terry is survived by 3 daughters; Jennifer Ferguson of North Carolina; Billie Jo Rush of Harrisville, PA; Brook Easterwood McFarland of Charleston, WV; his companion Lesa Marinelli; a brother Oliver H. Easterwood of Springfield, VA; Kim Easterwood of Belmont and 6 grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 7:15 p.m.
