Taylor Vaughn Smith, 28, of Bellaire, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at her home. She was born October 8, 1996, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a daughter of Roy Smith and Carrie Otto Bier.

Taylor worked as a home health nurse's aid.

She is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Roger Otto and R.B. Mussard; and her stepfather, Robert Bier.

She is survived by her parents; three brothers, Toby (Jade Steck) Otto, Tucker Otto, Conner Smith; and one sister, Haley Smith; grandmothers, Shelly Otto and Cathy Mussard; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

As per her wishes, no visitation or services are planned.

Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville.
