Tammy K. Underwood, 61, of Bellaire, OH passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023 in Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital, Akron, OH.  She was born October 4, 1961 in Bellaire, OH., a daughter of Perley "Ed" Underwood, Jr. and the late Eleanor Diane Criss Underwood.

Tammy was a former waitress for Denny's Restaurant and a Christian by faith.  She enjoyed watching for deer as she was driving.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Perley "Lee" Underwood, III and Tobias "Toby" Underwood.

Surviving are her father of Bellaire; her children, Brooke (Doug) Blon of Stewartsville, OH., Ryan (Rachel) Archer of Elyria, OH; a brother, David (Susan) Underwood of St. Clairsville, OH; two sisters-in-law, Lorna Underwood and Beth Underwood; her boyfriend, Frank Greathouse; six grandchildren, Jocelyn and Jase Blon, Brody, EllaMae, Nolen and LilyAnn Archer.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 1 pm until time of funeral services at 3 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, OH with Tom Jackson officiating.  Final arrangements at the convenience of the family.

There will be a pot luck dinner held at the American Legion in Glencoe, OH after the service.
