Susan Lynn Kozlowski, 62, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died May 3, 2022, in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born May 2, 1960, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Stanley and Kathryn Makofsky Kozlowski.

Susan was 1978 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a graduate of Ohio University. She was a former employee of Crittenton Services in Wheeling, West Virginia; a member of the Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church in Shadyside and the St. Clairsville Senior Center. Susan had a love of music and playing the piano.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Adam Nicholoff.

Susan is survived by her siblings, Sandra Nicholoff, Stanley Kozlowski, and Richard Kozlowski; nieces and nephews, Molly Fluharty, Maggy Kozlowski, Sam Nicholoff, Nick Nicholoff, and Casey Kozlowski; and a great nephew, Myles Fluharty.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial visitation at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Sunday from 1 p.m. until time of memorial service at 4 p.m. with Rev. Seth Filburn officiating. Private burial will be held in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church or the St. Clairsville Senior Center.
