Stephen S. Siembab, 89, of Crescent Rd., St. Clairsville died Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at his home while surrounded by his family.
He was born July 7, 1917 in Deep River, Connecticut, a son of the late John Siembab and Anna Pachol Siembab.
Steve was a retired construction worker from Siembab and Brothers Construction and a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church in St. Clairsville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Sokolowski Siembab; and a brother, Louis.
Surviving are three daughters, Ann Chickery and her husband John, Andrea Androsko and her husband Bob of St. Clairsville, Angie Davis and her husband Brian of Bethesda; two sons, Stephen R. Siembab of Columbus and David Siembab of St. Clairsville; two brothers, Carl of Galway, Ireland and Lawrence of Kensington, Connecticut; a sister, Elizabeth Pepka of Hopkinton, Massachusetts; 4 grandchildren, Kathleen Murray, David Chickery, Bethany and Katelyn Davis; three great grandchildren, Tyler, Mackenzie, and Rachel Murray.
Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated 11:30 a.m. Friday at St. Mary?s Catholic Church in St. Clairsville with Father Christopher Foxhoven the celebrant. Burial follows in Linwwod Cemetery, Blaine.
There will be a vigil service at 8:00 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
