Stephanie Foy, 102, of Belmont, Ohio, died February 12, 2020 in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born May 4, 1917 in Johnson City, Illinois, a daughter of the late Emil and Jozefa Zera Kaczor.

Stephanie was a loving mother and grandmother.  She was a graduate of Lafferty High School.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James York Foy; three sisters, Jacqueline Kacere, Lucia Kirkpatrick and Virginia Erwin; two brothers, Joseph and John Kaczor.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, John (Elena) Foy of South Vienna, Ohio; a granddaughter, Joni Beth Foy of Bethesda; her sister, Johanna Behl of St. Clairsville; and a nephew, James Behl.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Friday from 2 p.m. until time of Service at 3 p.m. with Pastor Henry Lewis officiating.  Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the World War II Museum in Washington, D.C.
