Stella Jennie Kovalyk's Obituary
Stella Jennie Kovalyk, 83 of Neffs, Ohio died Saturday, October 3, 2015 at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry.
She was born July 1, 1932 in Neffs, a daughter of the late John Florek and Jennie Jaworski Florek.
She was a former employee of Bobbie Brooks Garment Factory in Bellaire and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Neffs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Walter and Mike "Dake" Florek; sisters, Rose Marie Barnes and Mary Wasko.
Surviving are her husband, William "Willie" Kovalyk; a son, William Kovalyk, Jr. of Neffs; daughter-in-law, Brenda Kovalyk of Shadyside; two grandsons, William Kovalyk III and Luke Aaron Kovalyk; a great grandson, Logan James Kovalyk; many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 p.m. with Father Daniel Heusel officiating.
Burial follows in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.
