HOLDEN, Stella Mae, 79, of Pipe Creek went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Liza's Place in Wheeling.

Stella was born on April 25, 1933 at Wegee, daughter of the late Arthur and Mabel Williams.

Stella was an employee of Shadyside Cartage Company. She was a member and elder of the Jacobsburg Bible Church where she faithfully served the Lord for 40 years and was a member of the Choir.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Patrick "Pat" Holden.

Surviving are her daughters Darlene (John) Bergund of Pipe Creek and Tish Holden (Lee Thoburn) of Shadyside; four beloved grandchildren, John P. Bergund of Columbus, OH, Jason P. (Bev) Bergund of New York, NY, James P. Bergund and Richelle Thoburn both of Columbus; brothers, Eugene "Whitey" Williams, Robert (Esther) Williams and Eddie (Esther) Williams; sisters, Gladis (Rodney) Bellville and Kay (Ike) Shelkey; Many relatives and friends.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 2-8 p.m., where services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Ray LaSalle and Pastor Chris Green officiating. Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
