Sophia M. Bundy, 97 of St. Clairsville died Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry.

She was born at Midway, Ohio on December 22, 1907 a daughter of the late Bolick and Ludviga Ruckowski Ornouski.

Sophia was a homemaker, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church at Fairpoint and the Catholic Women?s Club.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert A. Bundy in 1971; her sons-in-law Michael Durante and George P. Davis and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Durante Davis of St. Clairsville; a granddaughter, Lea Renee (Terry) Travis of North Ridgeville, Ohio; a grandson, M. Todd (Robyn) Durante of St. Clairsville; 2 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; 2 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Fairpoint with Father Chester Pabin the celebrant. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
