Shirley Ann Neff White, 71, of Neffs, Ohio, died July 23, 2023, at her home.

She was born in Bellaire, Ohio, March 26, 1952, a daughter of the late, Richard Thomas Neff and Martha E. Myers Neff.

Shirley was a retired accountant from ICR. She was a Methodist by faith. Some of the most important things were her love of spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, singing, songwriting, camping, boating, and spending time at Seneca Lake.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Chad R. Walls; a sister, Donna Marie Neff; and two brothers, Joseph "Duke" Neff and James Michael Neff.

Shirley is survived by her children, Bernell Hall, David Grant Jr., Kim (Tom) Garloch, Tina (Jim) Meager, and Shirella (George) Walls; two brothers, Rick Neff and Ed Neff; two sisters, Jackie Wright and Karen Neff; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and her forever "Bestie", Sharon Orosz.

Family and friends will be received on Friday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Larry Helms officiating. Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
