Shirley Mildred Ware, 79, of Glencoe, Ohio died February 29, 2020 in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born December 16, 1940 in Bellaire, Ohio, daughter of the late Murwood McMahon and Mary Ann Thornton McMahon.

Shirley was retired from Nickles Bakery. She was devoted to her family and a fulltime Nanny.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Kevin Ware, 4 sisters, Hazel Davis, Rachael McMahon, Mary Jane McGilton and Victoria Cargnel, and 3 brothers, Howard "Gabe", Paul and Homer McMahon, and 3 granddaughters.

Surviving are her 4 children, Kenny Ware, Kurt (Sue) Ware, Keith Ware and Karen "Janie" (fiancée, J.C. Casale) Ware; 10 grandchildren, Rachael, Joey, Ashley, Lacey, Chelsey, Kayla, Scott, Kurtie, Crystal and Nikki; 11 great grandchildren, Colton, Camden, Clayton, Caden, Kinley, Trevor, Austin, Brantley, Ace, Tate and Chance; 2 sisters, Sarah Traylenik and Wilma Myers; two brothers, George (Peg) McMahon and Russell McMahon; many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Larry Helms officiating.  Burial will follow in Glencoe Cemetery.
