Shirley Eileen Rouse, 95, of St. Clairsville, died April 2, 2019 at her home.

She was born January 28, 1924 in Uhrichsville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Wilson Hilton and Maude Dunlap Hilton.

Shirley enjoyed crocheting, travelling with family in their motor home and snowmobiling.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Thomas Rouse.

Surviving are her son, Craig Thomas Rouse and his wife Cynthia.

There will be no services. Arrangements entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
