Shirley A. Keneske Bober, 88, Flushing, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.

Shirley was born in Flushing, Ohio, February 9, 1935, daughter of the late Stanley Keneske and Henrietta Luchi Keneske.

Shirley retired from the Belmont County JVS and was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church.

Preceding her in death were a son, William 1977 and husband Carl in 1987.

Surviving are her children, Cynthia Bober of Brooksville, Florida, Carl Thomas (Joy) Bober, Jr. of Flushing, Ohio, Susan Zeigler (Dana) Pickett of Albany, New York, and Bernard Bober (Helen Hatten) of Columbus, Ohio. Shirley had 7 grandchildren, Lenny, Carli, Rebecca, Ashley, Kayla, Benjamin, and Travis and 9 great grandchildren, Sadie, Russ, Kenley, Lexie, Stellan, Finley, Landon, Beau and Cole.

Shirley made the best spaghetti sauce and loved to make nut rolls. The love she had for her family and people in the community of Flushing was widespread. Now she can rest in our Heavenly Father's arms. She will be greatly missed. We love you Mom,

Private services were held on March 7, 2023, at Toothman Funeral Home St. Clairsville, OH. Burial was held at Rock Hill Cemetery, Flushing, OH.
