Sherry Lee Ruth Carr, 71, of St. Clairsville, OH died November 14, 2019 at her home.

She was born July 27, 1948 in Pittsburgh, PA, a daughter of the late Robert and Hermania Cohen Harris.

Sherry was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Robert David Carr.

Surviving are her two children, Denise (Matt) Henry of St. Clairsville and David (Maggie) Carr of Hudson, Florida; six grandchildren, Phillip Carr, Bradley Parsons, Nathan Parsons, Emma Henry, David Carr Jr. and Benjamin Carr; a brother, Victor (Carol) Harris of Pittsburgh and Danielle (Lindsey) Harris-Soergel of Atlanta, Georgia.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
