Sheila Rose Junkins, 65, of Jacobsburg, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born February 16, 1959, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of Shirley Helsley Jeffers and the late William Howard "ToJo" Jeffers Sr.

Sheila was a medical assistant at Ohio Valley Rheumatology. She loved to go to the beach, watching sports, being outside in the garden and cooking on the grill.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a brother, William Howard "Bill" Jeffers, Jr.

She is survived by her fiancé, Jeff Kelly; mother, Shirley Helsley Jeffers, two daughters, Cammie Hanson and Bethany Junkins; two sisters, Pam (Dean) Kresak and Susan (Steve) Hall; two grandchildren, Brandon Brooks and Nathan Layman, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 12 p.m. until time of services at 2 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Chaplain Kris Bright officiating. Burial will follow in Glencoe Cemetery.
