Sarah C. Kupski, 98, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died April 10, 2016 at her home.
She was born October 27, 1917 in Wind Ridge, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Jamie Campbell and Nancy Linda Supler Campbell.
Sarah was an award winning cross-stitcher, amazing cook, and voracious domino player, as well as a loving mother and grandmother. Most important to Sarah was the love and support she provided to all the children and grandchildren in her family – she was always there for everyone. She was also a member of First Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville.
In addition to her parents, Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Anthony Kupski and two sisters, Pauline Herman and Josephine Bristor.
Surviving are her daughter, Betty K. Balcar (Bruce) of St. Clairsville, Ohio, a son, Donald R. Kupski (Terri) of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida; five grandchildren, Scott Balcar (Annette), Todd Balcar (Connie Clutter), Andrew Balcar, all of St. Clairsville, Jason Kupski (Stephanie) of Downingtown, Pennsylvania and Chris Kupski (Teresa) of Brooklyn, New York.; twelve great grandchildren; and two sisters, Jean Crowe of Berlin Center, Ohio and Betty Boll of St. Clairsville.
Family and friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m., with Rev. Homer Harden officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Wheeling, West Virginia.
