Sandra Lee "Sandie" Jenkins, 74, of Neffs, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014 from lung cancer at Liza's Place in Wheeling, WV.
She was born October 16, 1940 in Gordon, Ohio, a daughter of the late Jack Christopher Minamyer and Mildred Elizabeth Helms Bell.
Sandie was a retired employee of Country Club Retirement Center in Bellaire.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George James Jenkins; step father, Clyde E. Bell.
Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Palmer (James) Stewart of Bellaire; a son, Bradley (Theresa) Jenkins of Neffs; step son, John (Roberta) Jenkins of Bethesda; brothers, Jack and Paul Minamyer of Tucson, AZ; sister, Velma Jean Weekley of Bellaire; seven grandchildren, Brandt (Ashley) Stewart, Shane (Jessica) Stewart, Blaize (Ashley) Stewart, Cherish Stewart and her fiancé William McKinley, Devin Jenkins and her fiancé Shawn Horne, Meghan Jenkins, and Kaylee Jenkins; five great grandchildren, Madison Stewart, Christopher Stewart, Austen Stewart, Evan Stewart, and McKenzie Horne; special friend Harold Brown of Shadyside.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 2 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. with Pastor Larry Helms officiating.
A committal service will be held at a later date at Belmont County Memorial Park in St. Clairsville.
